This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
This item is one of collection of toys bought from a long time Mattel designer.  This designer would bring home various cap guns and related toys that Mattel was developing at the time for his kids to play with and evaluate.  Because these toys were often in development, he would caution his wife to account for all of the toys so that the neighbor kids wouldn't go home with an unreleased toy.  I can't say which of these toys were developmental or taken off the production line, so be sure to examine each one closely for variations that may give some indication.
CONDITION NOTES:
Aside from light wear, this toy cap gun comes in very good working condition with cross pattern grips and a working trigger.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR INSURANCE AND ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIPMENT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I WON’T ADD IT TO YOUR BILL. The insurance charges will be listed in the "SELLER CHARGES" section so please remember this when you review your invoice. THE SELLER CHARGES SECTION IS ONLY INSURANCE, NO EXTRA FEES.
