The   Cap Gun:
Is Cast-Iron and in EXCELLENT PLUS  condition  approximately 6-1/2” long  x 3-1/2” high.   Made by Kenton Toys, features a nice nickel finish.  Unable to determine if the toy gun was cap fired  but there is no evidence of cap residue or corrision. Minor surface scratches, blemishes,  and some minor finish loss across the gun (see photos).  The   grips   are  plastic,  clean, intact with  only minor aging  no cracks or splits, but there is a slight warp.  (please see photos).   They feature the name
"Gene Autry"
white/silver letters at the lower part of the grips on both sides.  Some fading to the name on the left side but the name is still visible.  It is the friction type cap gun where the barrel drops  down to load the caps.  Closes securely and stays closed when firing.  Fires with a crisp hard hammer snap with each pull of the trigger.  l
Great addition to any Gene Autry  or  Western Character toy  cap gun Collection. Displays well.
